Quotation Procedure

A fair quote can only be given after reviewing the text. Therefore, we require our clients to send us the material as soon as possible so that we can quickly provide the exact quote.

Once this has been completed we fax or e-mail this quote to you for your approval.

The rate we charge for translations depends on the language and varies depending on the complexity of the project. The range is ¢22 - ¢35 CDN per word for French, Portuguese, German and Spanish and ¢24 - ¢35 per word for Italian, Danish, Dutch, Cantanese, Mandarin, Japanese and Swedish.

Once approved, we request that any related background material or existing bilingual glossary (if any) be sent to us in both or all languages that are associated with the present translation so that we can create a translation consistent with what you have been receiving.
